The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Napa was outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice. Our room was exceptionally clean and well laid out, with amenities like a safe box, television, and a microwave oven. The service was excellent, even offering parking on the street.

Friendly staff from the front desk, the restaurant and housekeeping. The room was spacious, I liked the openness of the room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I felt like a welcome guest and would stay there again as well as recommend it.

The room here was super modern and really nice. It had everything you need like a safe, cable TV with movies on demand, and a microwave. Plus, the beds were cozy and made for a great night's sleep. 😊

The hotel had one of the better rates for the Napa/Sonoma area over the Thanksgiving weekend. It is central to both. We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel but when we did the staff were friendly and helpful.

It was next to a good hotel with spa. Will stay there next time.
The breakfast food was awful! No fresh pancakes or waffles. Both were made somewhere else and we're not edible. Made of same stuff - just shape was different and was like an old piece of bread. Cost over $18 for one person incl tip. Will never stay here again.

The staff here were super attentive and so friendly. The location was great because it was close to all the cool stuff in downtown. I loved that I could easily walk to Chipotle Mexican Grill for a quick bite, just 15 minutes away. 🌟

Not a bad experience but was under the impression that breakfast was included. Probably my misinterpretation of the booking site.
